Chris Leonard has extensive experience in the financial industry, spanning over 27 years and across various jurisdictions. Prior to being employed by HYCAP as the Chief Operating Officer, he was successful in leading organisational transformations, managing people, and improving processes in large global organisations. He has a remarkable track record of identifying complex organisational problems and creating effective solutions to achieve valuable outcomes and boost business growth. His expertise in internal relationship building and change management has helped him effectively manage several regulated financial organisations.

Chris has a first class BSc (Hons) in Technology and Management Science and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
