James is an Associate in the investment team, responsible for the creation of financial models, market research and supporting the due diligence of investment opportunities across the hydrogen value chain.

James brings over 10 years of operational experience and industrial knowledge to the investment team having worked in R&D, Product Engineering & Project Management. James predominantly worked in the Space Industry in both engineering and management roles, with short stints in the MedTech and Pharmaceuticals industries. During that time, he worked on a broad range of nascent technology development projects ranging from Lithium-Ion energy storage to cancer diagnostics.

James graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering in 2009 and received an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford in 2020.
