Damian is Head of People at HYCAP.

Damian is a seasoned leader who has led People functions and scaled businesses across Financial Services, Technology and FinTech around the world.  Damian was previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in Human Capital Management as well as having held a number of senior positions with Och-Ziff Capital Management, BitMEX, and Vialto Partners.  Most recently, Damian has focused on building out and scaling fast growing startups.
